It's better to have a tablet. you can do it with a mouse, but it's longer.
so, a quick tutorial on how to do neat line arts.
pretty simple to follow. You only need to know how to add layers and how to use a brush. this simple!!
the character used for this is my OC Ariste ^^ the position is inspired from makai kingdom little booklet that came with the game) changed it a little to suit the character's personality ^^
hope it will be of some use to you!
I used photoshop to do it, but you can use the same method with open canvas, SAI, painter ect...
